Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Rajkot

Experience: 2 to 4 Years in Field Sales

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 + Incentives + Commission

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Engage in field sales and B2B sales to generate daily prospects.
Generate a consistent pipeline by conducting daily 5-6 client meetings.
Proactively prospect and follow up with potential leads to maximize conversion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead conversion.
Close sales deals in telephonic and in-person meetings.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to lead generation and pipeline management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
