Designation : Assistant Sales Manager
Work Location : Cuddalore
Job Summery : Male candidate with any Degree or Diploma in Mech Engg., having 5 to 10 experience as a Assistant Sales manager in Passenger Vehicle Segment.
- Sales Team Management: Assists the sales manager in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel, including providing coaching and mentoring.
- Sales Operations: Supports the sales manager in managing daily sales activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
- Sales Goals and Objectives: Assists in setting sales goals and objectives for the department and individual salespeople, providing support to achieve them.
- Customer Relationship Management: Helps maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Sales Strategy: Assists in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns, including analyzing sales data and providing reports to management.
- Sales Events: Coordinates and supports sales events, roadshows, and product launches, ensuring all administrative and documentation requirements are in order.
- Inventory Management: Helps maintain a balanced inventory based on customer and market statistics.
- Financial Management: Assists in developing the sales department budget and minimizing expenses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracks and reports sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Communication: Effectively communicates sales strategies to the team, provides feedback, and collaborates with other departments, according to Indeed;
- Problem Solving :Identifies and addresses potential problems or challenges within the sales department.
