Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving residential or commercial property sales by developing client relationships, generating leads, managing site visits, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in real estate sales, who are passionate about property sales, client servicing, and on-ground selling. The Assistant Sales Manager will play a critical role in converting leads into buyers and supporting the Sales Manager in executing the company’s sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospect Management

Work on inbound and outbound leads received through marketing campaigns, referrals, property portals, or walk-ins.

Conduct cold calling, email follow-ups, and WhatsApp messaging to convert potential leads into site visits.

Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and project compatibility.
2. Client Relationship Management

Act as the point of contact for prospective homebuyers, investors, and channel partners.

Understand customer preferences, financial capability, and property requirements.

Build trust and maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion.
3. Site Visits and Product Presentation

Schedule and conduct project site visits with clients.

Present project features, floor plans, pricing, payment schemes, and legal documentation clearly and professionally.

Highlight USPs (location, amenities, builder reputation, appreciation potential).
4. Sales Closure and Documentation

Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment schedules with interested clients in alignment with company policies.

Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate agreement signing, payments, and documentation.

Ensure smooth post-sale communication and customer onboarding.
5. Reporting and CRM Management

Update lead status, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM tools or Excel trackers.

Share weekly/monthly sales performance reports with the Sales Manager.

Maintain records of site visits, calls, customer feedback, and closed deals.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Keep track of competing real estate projects in the area and analyze market trends.

Understand buyer behavior, pricing strategies, and demand patterns.

Suggest improvements in sales pitch, offers, and project positioning based on customer feedback.
