Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining daily site accounts, records, and financial reports.
- Handle cash transactions, vendor payments, and site-related expenses.
- Prepare and verify purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, receipts, and petty cash registers.
- Coordinate with the head office accounting team for financial approvals and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors, suppliers, and laborers as per company policies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cost analyses for the site.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and site expenses.
- Support audits by organizing and verifying financial records.
- Monitor inventory, procurement records, and material usage to prevent discrepancies.
