ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Retail Store Management
Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.

- Assistant store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store.

Job Description
- Manager has to lead &achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.
- Smooth showroom operations on day to day basis.
- Maintain floor discipline and administration.
- Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit.
- Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. Follow organisation SOP.
- Responsible to maintain hygiene standards in the showroom.
- Updating staff with present scheme & promotions.
- Keep a tap on market competition.
- Coordinate with reporting manager for business.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach to retail. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing staff performance, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and helping to drive the overall success of the store.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

High attention to detail, especially in inventory management and store presentation.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
