Responsibility

Lesson Planning Responsibilities
Creating interesting, relatable and creative lessons.
To provide, as practicable, learning Material for every child relative to his needs, abilities and stages of development establishing effective Lesson plan for students based on their knowledge, as practicable, recognising the individuality of each pupil, ensuring an effective and challenging learning environment and ensuring the Lesson plans are aligned to learning outcome of the organization.
Encourage diligence, organisation, responsibility, self-reliance, cooperation, teamwork, honesty, understanding and tolerance.
Review student progress and, where appropriate, seek help for students with perceived special needs.
Organise Online documents related to the class and subjects and other resources, keeping records at the appropriate time.
Maintain and improve personal standards of Making Lessons, sharing ideas with other staff, and remain abreast of developments in their own subject and education generally.
He records and plans for regular inspection to the Director as requested.
Report issues of concern to the appropriate senior staff.
Providing valuable feedbacks to the head office.
Participating in training programs organized by the Head Office
Making Lesson plans according to there grades and learning outcomes
Updating online sheets on given work
Get regular update from teachers after class
Making changes according to the feedback and outcome of the class
