Job Description
- Pre-Primary Teacher (Assistant)
- Should assist Lead teachers in classroom management and for the care, learning & assessment of each kid in your classroom.
- Hiring Assistant teachers for classes - Toddlers, Play Group, Nursery, LKG & UKG.
- We are looking for female graduates with a pleasing personality, boundless energy and enthusiasm to work with young children in a rapidly growing organization.
- Helping lead teachers in classroom operations, daily execution of lesson plan and taking care of young children
- Looking after young children's basic needs such as engaging them in activities, feeding meals, and putting them to nap
- Maintaining order and inculcating good manners and values
- Assisting lead teacher in ideating, planning, and executing events, trips, celebrations etc. as per the events calendar
- Daily relevant communication is to be sent to parents through daily reports
- Should ensure that the class is fun and enriching for children by thinking out of the box while planning activities and sessions.
- Should keep children constructively occupied during at all times throughout the day
- Should help lead teacher in maintaining required reports and records of every child in the class
- Should play a key role in enhancing the appeal of the class/school with age appropriate displays, learning resources, fun and enriching activities
- Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the child along with the other teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Should ensure that resources are utilized effectively and work towards minimizing wastage
- Be well versed with the school policies and ensures that the school policies are adhered at all times
- Notifying center head/management any areas of concern
- Be a team player who can work with other teachers and supporting staff
- Arrive on time for work or inform concerned when delayed
- Be reliable in attendance and give ample notice for absence
- Come to work with a positive attitude and approach criticism with a learning attitude
- Tech savvy (MS Office, mainly MS Word and MS Excel, Internet)
- Candidate being a young mother herself would be an added advantage
- Regular shift: 9.00am to 6.00pm OR 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Saturday timings: 9.00am to 1.00pm
- Only Female candidates
- Good command over English language is a must.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred. Minimum any Graduation.
- Applicants with certification/degree/diploma in early education courses will be given high preference
- Experience: Preferably1-2 years of teaching experience.
- Experienced are preferred, but it is not mandatory to have previous work experience.
- It is for the candidates from diverse backgrounds and interested to shift to early education teaching career.
- International experienced applicants will be given more preference.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹10,000/- to ₹13,500 per month.
- Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
