Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support teaching and learning across Primary (Grades 1–4) and Higher Primary (Grades 5–7/8) classes. The role involves assisting subject teachers, managing classroom activities, and contributing to students’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities-
Support classroom management, maintain discipline, and ensure an engaging learning environment.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.

Assist in preparing teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids.

Help with assessments, grading, and maintaining student records.

Participate in school activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings.

Encourage creativity, curiosity, and active participation among students.

Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed./D.Ed. preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and working with children.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
