Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, caring, and patient Assistant Teacher to join our small, nurturing preschool in Jogeshwari West. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children, assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities, and contribute to creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in conducting daily classroom activities, storytelling, and creative sessions.

Help children with basic needs such as eating, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.

Support in preparing teaching materials and learning aids.

Monitor and record children’s progress and behavior.

Ensure a warm, caring, and supportive environment for every child.

Communicate effectively with parents when needed.
Requirements

ECCEd certification preferred (Early Childhood Care & Education).

Should be honest, caring, and patient with children.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
-
Must reside between Andheri West and Malad West (mandatory).

Passion for early childhood education and child development.
