Assistant Technical Job in Evonik India Private Limited at Thane

Key responsibilities :

• Customer Technical Project Support: Support Technical team in customer projects by technical trouble shooting & formulation development to establish product value proposition

• Application Claim Development: Support application development of Cleaning Solutions portfolio based on the direction of Head of Technical APWC

• Benchmarking & Product Fit Development: Identify competition products vis-à-vis ingredients from Evonik and generate benchmarking data for various applications/industries.

• Marketing Support: Support marketing efforts with prototype & demo kit development and showcase

• Reporting: Technical Reports, Lab Reports, Posters for promoting New Products or Ideas.

Education & Experience Required

• M.Tech or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Application Laboratory or Technical Service function within the Home & Personal Care industry.

Technical Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong understanding of cleaning solution chemistry, with hands-on experience in developing new formulations and application formats for Household, Industrial & Institutional (HI&I) cleaning products.

• Experience in product performance evaluation, formulation optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of cleaning industry regulations and compliance standards will be an added advantage.
