Minimum qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of facilities management and transport management
- Experience in service industry is desirable
- Should have a good grasp of contracts, policies and procedures related to IT and ITES
- Established ability to influence actions without direct leadership responsibility for teams or processes with a confirmed ability to build links within a matrixed environment (both cross-functionally and cross-business)
- Ability to lead and execute efficiently at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - both written and verbal - with a confirmed ability to communicate to all 'customers' internally and externally to the business
- Proficient to work on high bandwidth and support variety of Business needs
- Ability to meet tight deadlines; ability to prioritize and plan, coordinate and execute on assignments, peer manage relations with colleagues of other fields
- Analytical ability, creativity and sound judgment in resolving site level issues
