Project Lead Delhi
- Ensuring that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational hours by managing shift staffing schedules, etc. And Ensure resource availability at all locations and all time
- Coordination and intercommunication between client, UST and Service Desk team
- Undertaking HR activities as needed, which includes process orientation to the new member in the team.
- Producing statistics and management reports by analyzing MIS and attendance report
- Evaluate that SD performance and improve SD performance within SLA
- Act as Representative of the Service Desk at meetings and Manage Service Desk team
- Arranging staff training and awareness sessions
- Communicate with senior management and change management
- Performing briefings to Service Desk staff on changes or deployments that may affect volumes at the Service Desk
- Assisting Analysts in providing first line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required.
- Create and establish a customer service improvement plan
- Responsible for asset and configuration Management
- Conduct feedback and Lead in the development of good customer service practices
