Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and internal databases.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Support end-to-end recruitment process documentation.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
Coordinate onboarding formalities for new hires.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records.
Assist in induction and orientation programs.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee database and HRMIS records.
Support attendance and leave management processes.
Coordinate with payroll team for employee data updates.
Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, employment letters, etc.
4. Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and HR communications.
5. HR Support & Coordination
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Support HR team in administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
