Description:Associate / Sr.AssoiciateAssociates / Sr. Associates (Freshers or 6 to 1 yr of experience in BPOs)Freshers and 6 to 1 year of experience in BPOsEducation : 10 + 2 + 3 (Discontinued graduate is ok, if communication skills are excellent)Preferred basic computer knowledgeBasic Ms officeDriving License (Not mandatory)Language proficiency – EnglishProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersProven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service RepresentativeExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyCTC : To be discussed with TeamLease - 3 to 3.5 LPA
