Job Description
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As Analyst -Lease Abstraction, you will be responsible for analysing and extracting critical information from commercial real estate lease documents, abstracting lease information into a database, and ensuring the accuracy of the abstracted data.
Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations
Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document
Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database
Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Graduate with 0-12 months of experience in F&A, Invoice review, commercial real estate or property management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience of working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Shift- 12 PM to 9 PM
