Review, interpret, and abstract commercial lease agreements and amendments
Maintain lease database and ensure accurate documentation of critical dates, clauses, and financial obligations
Track lease renewals, expirations, rent escalations, and critical deadlines
Coordinate with landlords, legal teams, finance, and internal stakeholders
Process rental payments, CAM reconciliations, and other lease-related invoices
Ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies
Support audits by providing lease-related documentation and reports
Generate lease reports, trackers, and MIS for management review
Assist in negotiation support and documentation preparation when required
