Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proficiency with IBM B2B Sterling Integrator mapping for incoming/outgoing transactions
Extensive knowledge on EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12), XML, IDOC and other flat file formats
Good Mapping Knowledge and understanding on SAP IDOC structure for retail set transactions.
Interact with Business Analysts/Customers to gather requirements on EDI transactions
Experience in Troubleshooting and reporting the Business process failures and resolving the issues.
Provide technical support for all B2B transactions
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
