Looking for Associate Account Manager - Customer Success

Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹360,000.00 /year

- Deep engagement with client for any new implementation to understand problems faced by the business team and providing a robust solution using 1Channel SFA
- Imparting end-user training and resolving user queries in a professional way
- Help client to derive maximum value out of 1Channel implementation
- Ensuring a seamless post-implementation support to client for already implemented features as well as new requirements
- Highlight usage (or lack of usage) of the product to client SPOC
- Address grievances and queries from users to facilitate smooth running of operations
- Contributing towards improvement of product and internal processes
- Good business analysis skill
- Experience in Data Analytics / Strong in excel / experience in SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
