Responsibilities
- Should possess a mixture of consultative sales and analytical project management skills.
- Work closely with other cross-functional team members like sales, technology and customer success teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers by identifying and developing new opportunities.
- Proactively assist customers with technical issues that may arise with their platform implementation.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis by identifying and providing timely workarounds and solutions when possible, to meet customer's business needs.
- Be at the cross function of business and engineering by helping clients succeed and reach their business goals by finding technology solutions to meet their needs.
- Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers.
- Manage expectations properly to avoid escalations.
- Be a strong voice of customers during on boarding and platform implementation.
- Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate company's ability to meet these goals
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers' architectural solutions/environment
- Be the Subject Matter Experts who knows all of the products and technologies within the company and work closely with product managers to influence and create new products.
- Refine and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product and Engineering
- Work closely with the Customer Success teams to manage new and existing client accounts and understand every aspect of the customer experience by putting customer's needs first.
- Conduct workshops, trainings, business reviews and proactively suggest solutions by educating customers on existing and new product features/functionalities. Train clients/customers to be product experts by providing business, technical, and product knowledge and they in turn train their respective downline teams so that they become increasingly self-sufficient.
- 2 to 5 year's relevant work experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related major.
- Have experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience in a Sales/Solutions Engineer role must.
- Principle knowledge of digital advertising tools and terminology is mandatory.
- Preferred experience in a sales/solutions engineering/solutions architecture/technical consulting role ideally in the ad technology SaaS space
- Experienced with large Enterprise Customers in a SaaS revenue model with deep understanding of SaaS customer engagement is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to map the customer's business process to product capability.
- Proven track record in a highly-professional customer service setup with a dynamic, start-up environment.
- Strong organisational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
