Job Description
Process Adherence: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scripts for all interactions and tasks.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all interactions and processed work meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards (e.g., data privacy).
Targets & SLAs: Meet individual and team targets like Average Handle Time (AHT) for calls and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for non-voice tasks.
Tool Proficiency: Use necessary tools like CRM software, telephony systems, and internal databases.
Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior team member or department.
Typical Requirements:
A graduate degree in any stream.
For Voice: Excellent verbal communication skills with clear diction and a neutral accent.
For Non-Voice: Excellent written communication skills and typing speed/accuracy.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts (as required by the process).
