Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- We are looking for individuals who will be working on the Business development for The SmartTree's student side of the business.
- Be the primary point of contact for Placement Cells and Students using email and the phone.
- Contribute in the planning and strategising of new projects.
- Appropriately Guide students who are enrolled with us for Live Projects and Internships.
- Managing these interns to ensure they achieve their targets.
- Explore new avenues by Analysing and Targeting new student markets for courses.
- Come up with new methods to reach out to student market for courses.
- Suggest and ideate feature launches and new ideas to improve the product and service.
- Feeling of pride of making a change in the student community in India.
- Prior Experience : 0 to 1 year
- Deeply passionate and able to manage a team of interns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to connect with people, enjoys talking to people and an active listener
- Exceptional organizational skills & detail oriented knows to prioritize and get things done
- Proactive and a deep Desire to take ownership of projects and bring them to completion
- Ability to think on the feet and help students solve problems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
