Associate Buyer III

Location: Cochin

Skills and Experience :

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2-3 years

Mandatory :Good Communication skill in English

Desirable: Experience in MS office working knowledge. SAP knowledge, knowledge about NAFTA, Legal aspects and Country of Origin is an added advantage.

Software Skills: Computer Knowledge is essential (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, E-mail communication etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities :

Create Long Term Vendor Declarations in GTS
Review all campaigns for final approval before they are loaded to GTS – Person needs to be very detail oriented.
Regular follow up with vendors for ensuring the NAFTA/Non-Preferential certificates are received.
Audit the certificate and guide vendors for completing the certificate.
Handling the customer requests on a priority basis.
Making phone calls to the vendors, if there are no response on our follow ups.
Closely work with the Compliance Specialists in USA.
Track all necessary information for reporting GTS and SAP.
Track any tickets created that are given to GTS.
