Who 1: Associate Centre manager:
What: The one and all of ensuring uptime and state of the art facilities
Measure: Facility Pain (failures of facilities)
Who 2: The Chief Experience Officer:
What: Manage the end to end experience of members at the centre
Measure: Product Rating
Who 3: The New User Patron:
What: Ensure stellar first interactions for walk-in, trial and first class users
Measure: New User Rating(NUX)
Who 4: The Financial controller:
What: Ensure orderly and proportionate costs in running the centres
Measure: Operational Costs/expenses
Who 5: The Relationship/Liaison manager:
What: Managing the relationships with vendors, service providers and the most critical element i.e. trainers
Measure: Employee NPS
