1. 0-1 years experience in a client facing role preferably in IT
2. Experience/ familiarity in ERP software is mandatory.
3. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills for effective collaboration & client communication
4. Knowledge about accounting concepts
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Good analytical skills
7. Any Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration is preferred.
Job Description.
Associate - Client Relations will be an integral part of our ERP project management team in work allocation for software developers and client management
Core responsibilities with regard to team work allocation includes the following:
Discussion and analysis of new requirements and support activities of the project with team leaders and developers. This requires understanding of basic financial concepts as our ERP is a financial accounting system too.
Timely status update to the team leaders and client regarding pending tasks
Daily stand up meeting coordination for support activities
Jira management
Client Management responsibilities
Client communication through calls, mails, Whatsapp etc
User story management
Weekly sprint meeting with client
Ticketing system management User training based on new releases
