JOB ROLE: Associate Consultant

Location: Mumbai
General Summary:

Incumbent will contribute in project activities for SAP – SuccessFactors Cloud Projects and learn the SuccessFactors (SF) skill under the guidance of our Global SF Experts.
Once trained, the incumbent supports our HCM business and revenue goals by providing HR System & HR Process Implementation and Consulting services.

Job Description:

Attend on-the-job training of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Software Implementation (initial 3 months) conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team.
Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.
Perform system configuration and user training.
Analyze Customer’s requirements and propose the best possible solution mapping possible with in the product features.
Work with Project Manager and Solution teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors’ in Information Technology or Computer Science or Human Resources.
Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Strong desire to make a career in HR Advisory and SAP SuccessFactors/ HR Cloud Software Implementation Projects.
