Designation: Associate Customer Care
Job
Role
*Respond to customer queries via voice, understand & provide solution
*Identify customer needs
*Maintain quality communication
*Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
*Inform customers about new features and functionalities
*Gather customer feedback and share with respective team
*Maintain recordsQualification : HSC or Above
Skills :
Good Spoken English and basic computer knowledge
Excellent phone etiquette.
Strong people skills.
Job Location : Chandigarh - WFO
Interview Time : 10 AM (Monday to Saturday)
