Job Description

  1. Provide Back end support to US based organization
  2. Attending service request of customer and provide customized resolution of the same
  3. Keeping track of the policy expiration
  4. Assist the employees of client with their claim settlement
  5. Running the quotes online and making the proposal to present the client
  6. Maintain information on online portal
  7. Assist onsite team with compliance related filing
  8. Sending policy renewal / Payment reminder to clients
  9. Maintain database of client containing all policy details
  10. Support new team members in understanding the processes
