Maintaining data base of client on regular basis
Provide appropriate solutions to client against their queries raised
Run quotes on the website and prepare proposal for the client
Keep track of the policy expiration status and followup with the client for renewal of the same
Issue fresh policies as and when required and provide appropriate information to the client
Maintain client information up to date on online portal
Assist onsite team in fulfilling all regulatory compliances
Addition and deletion of employees as per client's request
Assist the client for their claim settlement request
Provide policy details to customer as and when required

Required Skill Set : Excellent Communication skill and MS Office knowledge
