Job Description
- Maintaining data base of client on regular basis
- Provide appropriate solutions to client against their queries raised
- Run quotes on the website and prepare proposal for the client
- Keep track of the policy expiration status and followup with the client for renewal of the same
- Issue fresh policies as and when required and provide appropriate information to the client
- Maintain client information up to date on online portal
- Assist onsite team in fulfilling all regulatory compliances
- Addition and deletion of employees as per client's request
- Assist the client for their claim settlement request
- Provide policy details to customer as and when required
Required Skill Set : Excellent Communication skill and MS Office knowledge
