Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance & Ticketing:

Greet and assist customers with movie ticket purchases at the counter or kiosks.

Provide information on show timings, seat availability, and promotions.

Handle online booking queries and resolve ticket-related issues.

Ensure quick and smooth entry of customers into auditoriums.
Concessions & Food Service:

Take customer orders for popcorn, beverages, and snacks at the counter.

Upsell combo offers and promotional items.
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the food counter.
Guest Relations & Complaint Handling:

Address customer complaints regarding seating, technical issues, or disturbances.

Assist customers with special requests (senior citizens, differently-abled guests, etc.).

Ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for moviegoers.
Theater Maintenance & Safety:
-
Monitor cleanliness and seating arrangements inside auditoriums.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Work with security teams to handle disputes or rule violations.
Billing & Cash Handling:
-
Process payments via cash, cards, digital wallets, and loyalty points.

Maintain accurate billing records and issue receipts.
