Job Profile : Customer Success Associate

Experience : 0-3 years

Location : Noida

Shift Timings : Rotational Shifts

Role & Responsibilities

• Help new customers with on boarding and account setup.
• Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts
• Monitor usage and help engineering team with improving the product
• Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers
• Play vital role in account expansion and :
• Brilliant communication skills
• Strong hold on English language (written and verbal)
• Looking for an immediate joiner.
