- Help new customers with on boarding and account setup.
- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts
- Monitor usage and help engineering team with improving the product
- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers
- Play vital role in account expansion and :
- Brilliant communication skills
- Strong hold on English language (written and verbal)
- Looking for an immediate joiner.
