Job Description
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Willingness to provide outstanding customer service, go out of the way to ensure great customer experience and should be able to empathize with the customer
- Ability to handle customer escalations and share prompt resolutions through interactions with internal as well as external teams
- Ability to analyze and influence customer behavior through telephonic conversations
- Ensuring high-quality services, resulting in guest delight by extensive interaction with guests and quick resolution of problems
- Solicit guest inquiries
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth functioning of operations and a comfortable stay for the guest
- Ensuring highlighted issues are resolved
- Ensuring compliance with predefined standards of customer service by the organization to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
- Capture guest feedback and profile the customer
