Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented freshers to join as Associates
in our Customer Experience & Solutions team. This role combines customer
support and business analysis, where you will interact with clients,
understand their needs, and help them derive maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, email, and chat
- Understand customer queries and analyze issues to provide effective solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Capture and document customer requirements, use cases, and feedback
- Maintain and participate in generating KBs
- Ensure timely resolution of queries within defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to documentation and knowledge base
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business / IT preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of SaaS / CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in client-facing and shift-based roles (if required)
Good to Have:
- Internship or project experience in customer support, operations, or analysis
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, or basic SQL
- Exposure to client interaction or presentations
