Nihon Cyber Defence a leading Japanese Cyber Security company urgently require Associate Cyber Monitoring/SIEM/SOC/EDR Analysts to support their emerging Tokyo client base and to help future expansion to the Fortune 500 in India
Key
Skills required -
Understanding of a wide range of IT security and IT methodologies, principles, technologies,
and techniques.
Experience in and an understanding of the Cyber risks faced by clients within
one or more of the following industries: Finance and Banking, Healthcare,
Retail, Critical National Infrastructure and Logistics and supply chain.
Some
network and cloud security Knowledge
Some experience (Can be work placement or internships) in using network
security solutions.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, some basic stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to connect and communicate at all levels across the organization
Ability and capacity to absorb large volumes of information and articulate a solution in a verbal and written format.
Self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Answering customer inquiries and listening to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer-reported problems – Remote support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Installation of OS and software.
- Providing training to the customer on software and solutions.
- Product demonstration to customers.
- Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
