Associate Dean - SPTM - Pharmacy recruitment in NMIMS University

Qualification & Experience: Ph.D in Pharmacy /Pharma Tech Management/Management related areas from reputed universities/institutes, with 10 to 12 years of experience in teaching/research and First Class Master’s degree & Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with minimum 15 years of teaching experience and good quality research and publications. If from Academic field he/she should have 10-15 years of experience in teaching in PCI approved/recognised pharmacy college with other Administrative Leadership role. OR A person having experience in industry/corporate organizations for at least a period of 15 years at the level of General Manager or Sr. Management & above in one of the Publicly listed companies with minimum Post Graduate Degree in Pharmacy/Technology/Management Studies may be considered. Such candidates should also have strong research/publication background indicating academic bent of mind. Ph.D. Degree is desirable. Applicants with experience in Project Management, R&D Management, Product Development, Pharma Management, etc. will be given preference.

Desirable :

Teaching, industrial research and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;

Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books, and / or technical reports;

Experience of guiding the project work, dissertation of post graduate or research students or supervising R & D projects in industry;

Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and / or professional activities; and

Capacity to undertake / lead sponsored R & D, consultancy and related activities.

Age Limit: 50-58 years
