In 2014, Netscribes incubated a new business for providing content creation and process support services for clients in the eCommerce domain. We are one of the few players in India in this highly volatile and fast growth space today. The primary service offerings are -

1. Catalogue development

2. Authoring, image enhancements and quality checks for product descriptions

3. Backend support for product listings, quality control and seller management

Responsibilities and Duties
Job overview:
The job requires candidates to quality audit/check (QA) product title, description, feature and review images of existing listed products on E-Commerce portal/tool.

Job responsibilities:
1. The QA work needs to be done as per the quality guidelines shared by the client.
2. The QA work will involve improving content in terms of grammar and vocabulary and information accuracy.
3. Writing of fresh description and features of various products is to be done as and when required
4. The candidate needs to engage in periodical training as and when conducted by mentors/process owners**
Qualifications required:
Must be a graduate.
However, students who are waiting for their final year's/semester's mark-sheet may apply.
Shift timings: Rotational- including night shifts. Should be comfortable to work into any slot.
Shift slots:
Morning- 8A.M.-5P.M.
9A.M.-6P.M.
10A.M.-7P.M.
11A.M.-8P.M.
Afternoon - 12P.M.- 9P.M.
1P.M.- 10P.M.
Night - 9P.M.-6A.M.
10P.M.-7A.M.

In-hand Salary: 10K per month( Post all deductions. Additionally, night shift allowance.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduation is compulsory.
