Qualifications: Proficient in English Language written and verbal communication as well as comprehension. Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools. Graduation (full time) with minimum of 60% marks. MBA/PGDM (full time) in general management/marketing/advertising only. Active and highly networked LinkedIn profile. Minimum 4 years of experience in the executive education-related industry or in executive recruitment and placement organizations. The candidate should have analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership potential, agility and enthusiasm. Candidate should have demonstrated capability of being a team player and resourceful in managing challenges.

Design
Qualifications: Two years Post Graduate degree (Full-time). At least five years' experience in Graphic Design and Audio-Video Editing Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator. Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Lightworks. Exceptional written communications skills, with ability to adapt style to suit different communication media and audiences Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the communication team, and willingness to 'pitch in' as required Basic understanding of, and willingness to learn about, new technological developments related to Design Software Willingness to work outside normal office hours and to be on call as required during evenings and weekends to handle graphic design and audio-video editing needs

Civil
Qualifications: The candidate should possess full time Degree in Civil Engineering approved by UGC/AICTE Minimum eight (08) years of experience in Civil/Construction field. Supervisory experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the campus/township civil works related development & maintenance is highly desirable. Candidates having experience of working in reputed PMC firms are highly preferable.

Human Resources (HR)
Qualifications: Candidate should be Graduate with Full-time Post Graduation/ MBA in Human Resources. Management with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in Personnel/HR, Pay Roll, Vigilance, Administration, and Legal Department. Experience in Government of India/ State Government/ Public of Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution at middle or higher level position is desirable. Knowledge of HR, Pay Roll, Allowances, Rules and regulations, compensation, labour laws, and statutory requirements is must. Knowledge of prevailing recruitment rules, appraisal rules, promotion rules, increment rules, pay fixation, leave rules, LTC rules, Pay & Allowances, Superannuation benefits, pension, family pension, gratuity etc. of the Central Government / State Government / PSU/ autonomous bodies/ Universities is also required. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Good computer knowledge. Should be a team player who can instil confidence and establish high performance levels. Should have excellent networking abilities.
