Job Description:

Assets capitalization, disposals & retirements as per Ind As and US GAAP
Review of all CWIP balances to ensure balances are genuine & projects under work in progress with the business sign-off for audit justification and to avoid delay in capitalization.
Strenghtening the BS review process with more emphasis on aged balances
Responsible for timely closure of books for the month with a comprehensive approach of the financials
Month end closure, reco and reporting.
Ensuring accuracy of numbers with respect to accounting and analysis
Co-ordinating for physical verification of assets on a yearly basis required as part of CARO reporting
Integrating other entities of Flipkart to bring centralization of systems and processes
Working with different teams for smooth closure of open items.
