As an Associate Healthcare Recruiter, you will collaborate with the team lead, recruitment manager, or superiors who handle the recruitment process. This collaboration is essential to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for handling the End-to-End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the team lead, recruitment manager, or superiors to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Ensure to revert and submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment rules and procedures.
- Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
- Prepare candidates for screening with clients.
- Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with candidates and gather feedback after the final placement.
