The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR activities and will also have the opportunity to support projects in the marketing/product related field.  

Responsibilities

·         Administer employee policies and processes.

·         Support in employee engagement activities and product workshops

·         Support in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience

·         Offer proactive recruiting assistance

·         Prepare termination and severance letters

·         Handle all HR process and support in HRMS updating

·         Support marketing efforts related to lead generation, market research and creation of marketing collateral for social media.
