Associates - Fraud Control Operation

Job Description

Associate will be responsible for managing cases reported on NCCRP portal, ensuring that all incoming cases are accurately responded on Portal. They will also require a strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols. Key qualifications should include experience in cybersecurity or related fields, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, familiarity with NCCRP Portal and data analysis would be added advantage.

Education Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Mandatory skill requirement

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word

Communication skill requirement

Should able to Read, Write, Speak & Type English Language.

Typing Speed should be above 35 WPM.
