Hiring For Associate-Inside Sales
Job Location: Saket, Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid sales pitches to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Upsell and Upgrade products/services based on customer requirements
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver conversations tailored to the audience needs
• English and Hindi should be fluent to communicate other languages are added

• Education Should be a Graduate
