Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Contact existing as well as potential customers through tele-calling and educate them about products being sold through moglix platform
- Keep records of calls and take notes of useful information obtained during the call.
- Update customer information in the database
- Learn about products and services being sold at moglix platform and explain them to prospects. Ask questions to understand customer requirements
