Job Description
Position: Associate – International Voice Process
Educational Qualifications:
· Open to graduates and undergraduates from any discipline.
1) Location - Iscon Ambli Rd, Ahmedabad
2) Salary - Competitive salary package: ₹23,000 CTC for freshers candidates
3) Experience – For experienced candidates, candidate will get : ₹30,000 CTC to ₹31,000 CTC ( 6 months to 1 year)
4) Interview Mode :-
1) 1st round interview - F2F interview at Client Office
Role Overview:
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
· Follow up insurance carriers based on client appointments.
· Track and update the status of unpaid claims.
· Adapt to various voice-based processes as required.
· Maintain accurate daily logs of activities.
· Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to client SLAs.
· Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
· Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner when necessary.
Skills Required:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant applications.
· Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
· Initiative and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Experience:
· Open to both fresher and experienced candidates with a background in the International Voice Process.
Shift Timings (Only Male Candidates Eligible):
· 05:30 PM – 03:30 AM
· 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM
