Your responsibilities as an associate will be to work closely with the team and support the team lead and partners. Supported by your colleagues at every step, you will find this work both challenging and rewarding; partners are both accessible and approachable, and as a team, we will ensure that you are given the training and hands-on experience needed to flourish in this field.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of shareholders, share subscription and other venture capital transaction documents

• Conducting legal due diligence and supporting the progress of the transaction with the team

• Supporting the team to monitoring investment compliances, investment closing activities and various other nuances on the structuring of investments rounds in early-stage businesses

• General corporate law-related work and research and presentation of various corporate laws

Required Candidate profile

• LLB/LLM degree in law from a recognized college.

• 0-2  years PQE in handling legal documentation & advisory
