JOB PROFILE: Associate-Freshers

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (2018,2019,2020 Passed Out only) Excluding B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech

Process: Healthcare

Shifts: 24/7

Position Overview

Each associate will be responsible for processing applications submitted by members/applicants. The process will include enrollment of applications submitted by applicant into the system accurately within the TAT.

REPORTING TO: Team Leader

Essential Skills/Personality Traits

Good written Communication Skills
Eye for detail & logical thinking
Ability to work accurately and efficiently at all times, including peak volume season
Sensitivity to the confidential nature of the data and proprietary company information
Flexibility to work in shifts.

Operational Responsibility

Meeting RE & Quality scores
Completion of cases in queue within specified time frame
Complete all IDP & compliance trainings
