- Call quality/ transactional monitoring experience
- Experience in Coaching/Training Delivery
- Objection Handling Skills
- Good Understanding about how the Support industry works
- Should possess good knowledge in creating reports
- Should have a minimum experience of 0-2 years in Soft Skills Quality
- Collaboration and teamwork
