Key attributes of a successful candidate would be :
- 1-2 years of total experience Pre or Post-MBA.
- The candidates should be from India’s premier top 10 B-schools with strong academic credentials (e.g. Dean’s List, Director’s List , Top5-10% of the batch/class, etc.)
- Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity or Equity Research.
- Candidate should have good business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
- The initial rounds of discussions will be scheduled as part of a ‘Super Day’. On clearing these rounds, the candidate will have a case study, followed by a final interview with the senior leadership.
- The role includes a review post 3 years, wherein the candidate will either be promoted to a track position in the investment team or will have a choice to move into a strategic role with one of Samara’s portfolio cos.
