Job Description
- Paytm is hiring for its Customer Support / Operations Team
- Interview and Job Location : Noida
- Timings : 10 AM - 1 PM
- Date and Day : 20th June and 21st June (Thursday and Friday)
- Operations - Calling/Email Process
- Provide solution to customer queries via email or calls.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
- Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
- Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required
- Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
- Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Fluency in English is a must
- Male Candidates Only.
- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
- Should be okay with rostered week offs
