We at Hays are hiring for Recent Graduates for one of our project details for the same are as below:

Title: Associate

Experience: 0-1

Shift Timings: US Shift

Salary: As Per Industry Standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

Graduate, with 0-1 years’ experience
Accurate/attention to detail
Basic Excel
Methodical approach to prioritizing and carrying out workload
Good Written Communication
Self-motivated to set and prioritise work schedule and manage time effectively
Thinks ahead and pre-empts potential problems
Pro-active approach
Maintains accurate records, reports and updates One Touch system with all information and compliance paperwork obtained
Highly flexible approach to react to changes within the business, quick to identify which tasks are priorities
Using appropriate e-mail templates, provide effective communication with candidates.
Explains and interprets information accurately, clearly and in an appropriate way to both candidates and Hays employees of all levels
Chooses the most appropriate method and style of communication in each situation
Listens to other people’s ideas, suggestions ad identifies individual needs
Able to build and maintain positive and open working relationships with colleagues
Works effectively with the Team Leader/Senior Management team to understand current objectives and to provide solution.
