Reliance General Insurance invites Applications for Associate Legal Claims Manager

Tentative timeline for Online application: 25th October 2018,3 PM

Interview Location:Mumbai,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Chennai,Trichy,Cochin,Pune

Education Qualaification: LLB

PAY SCALE:3.5 LPA

JOB PURPOSE

To deal with the legal claims arising out of motor accident claims,Consumer litigation,any other litigation,legal/related affairs.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing with Courts,Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims

Adherence to internal processes and external regulations

Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system

Appointment of Advocates in discussion with Area Manager

Adherence to TAT in obtaining investigation report and filing of reply in a case

Adducing evidences in legal claims

Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts and closure of cases within TAT

Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/Lok Adalats/obtaining compromise Memos
